Barcor chamfer gages are known as the best of the best in the metrology industry. They have been manufacturing chamfer gages for 50 years and is one of the last companies that can truly say their products are made in the USA. These chamfer gages are offered in 0-90° and 90-180° angular ranges. Within the angular ranges, Barcor offers chamfer gages that measure in both inch and metric with the ability to swap out one of the dial indicators for an electronic indicator.

Barcor chamfer gages are so popular because you do not need a setting master to use. There is a “set to” number stamped on the back of the gage. Operators need to press the flat base of the gage on a flat surface and the needle should point to the “set to” number. If the gage is off at all, users can rotate the bezel so the needle is pointing to the “set to” number and the gage is ready for use. Users also have the option to purchase a custom made setting if they choose for their chamfer gage but is not necessary.
