is the smallest (resolution), true (accuracy) measurement that can be taken repeatedly and reliably. The more precise a gage is, the greater its ability
to take finely-tuned and accurate measurements again and again. While a gage might take the perfect measurement once, what you really want is to be confident
that the gage will take as close to the perfect measurement as possible, every time—this is precision.
