Brand loyalty

Brand loyalty is the degree to which a customer returns to a single company when needing to make a purchase. Often qualified by amount of positive feelings and dedication toward a brand, brand loyalty involves the commitment of a customer to continue to use and rebuy products from a particular brand. Additionally, engaging in word of mouth adequacy, and recommending a particular brand to others is a manifestation of brand loyalty. In the field of metrology, consumers tend to be very brand loyal, with more expensive, high quality brands often retaining the most brand loyal customers.
