The Starrett 657MEZ Indicator and Magnetic Base Set has the following specifications:

The Starrett 657 Set Including Magnetic Base has three precision ground, magnetic contact surfaces. Grips horizontally, vertically or upside down. V-step holds base to round surfaces. Extra #1/4-20 tapped hole in one side of base (not shown) for mounting post.
The Starrett 657MEZ Magnetic Base and Indicator set are made up of the following:
- 25-181J AGD Group 2 Dial Indicator: 0-.125″ (.01MM, 0-50-0
- 657P Magnetic Base Only
- 657G Upright Base Post Only
Inch and Metric Indicator Options:
- 25-131J: 0-.125″ (.0005″ grads with 0-25-0 dial reading)
- 25-181J: 0-2.5mm (0.01mm grads with 0-50-0 dial reading)
