The Mitutoyo 02AGD220 Air Shields for Laser Scan Micrometer has the following specifications:

- Air Blows from the air outlet installed on the laser section to clear dust from adhering to the laser window.
- Air shield and air supply unit are sold separately. An air supply unit includes a flow regulating valve and filter. Not, however, that clean air should be supplied.
- Supplied with 5m air tube (Outside diameter: 6mm)
- Supply unit is compatible iwth air tube of 9mm internal diameter
