The INSIZE ISO-2000FN Coating Thickness Gage has the following specifications:
- Measuring Range Magnetic Induction Probe (Fe): 0~80mils
- Measuring Range Eddy Current Probe (NFe): 0~32mils
- Accuracy: ±(.06+2%L)mils (L is measuring thickness in mils)
- Resolution: 0.01mils (range<10mils), .1mils (range≥10mils)
- Reputability: 0.06mils (range<10mils), .1mils (range≥10mils)
- Measuring Mode: Continuous or single
- Calibration Mode: Four points calibration
- Minimum Substrate Thickness: Magnetic induction probe (Fe): 8mils, eddy current probe (NFe): 2mils
- Minimum Measuring Area: .4×4″, calibration should be made on workpiece without coating, test stand (optional) is recommended in order to have same position for calibration nd measurement
