Return Policy

Eligibility for Returns

• HigherPrecision.com, LLC accepts returns of unused products within 30 days of the purchase date, provided:

  • The product is eligible for return by the manufacturer, and

  • A Return Goods Authorization (RGA) has been issued in advance.

• Products returned without an approved RGA will not be accepted.

Return Condition & Inspection

• All returned items are subject to inspection upon receipt.

• Products must be unused, uninstalled, and in original condition.

• If an item shows signs of use, damage, modification, or installation:

  • The product will be returned to the customer, and

  • No refund will be issued.

• Returns will not be accepted for products that have been mishandled, abused, misused, or altered in any way.

Self-Maintenance & Warranty

• Any self-maintenance, repair attempts, or modification performed by the customer may void the manufacturer’s warranty.

• Products showing evidence of self-maintenance are not eligible for return.

Drop-Shipped Products

• Products shipped directly from a manufacturer are subject to the manufacturer’s return policy.

• Eligibility, restocking fees, and return approval for drop-shipped items may vary by brand.

• International orders are non-returnable

Restocking Fees

• All approved returns are subject to a restocking fee ranging from 25%–35%, depending on the manufacturer.

• Mitutoyo returns are subject to a restocking fee unless an offsetting replacement order is placed, in accordance with Mitutoyo’s return policy.

How to Request a Return

• To initiate a return, please contact HigherPrecision.com, LLC to request an RGA (Return Goods Authorization).

• Returns sent without an RGA or outside the approved return window will be rejected.
