• A customer is responsible for all shipping costs.
  • There is no guarantee, but the majority of in-stock products ship within 3-5 days of an order being placed.
  • If a product is on back-order,, LLC will contact the customer via e-mail with an approximate product ship date.
  • If a product is on back-order for more than 45 days, the order may be cancelled with no restocking fee.
  • Higher Precision uses the most current images provided by the manufacturer. On occasion, we have to use another image if one can’t be provided by the manufacturer.
  • A 15% restocking fee will apply when you cancel the order of a back-ordered product that is scheduled to ship within 45 days. To avoid the 15% restocking fee, check if an item is in stock with, LLC or the manufacturer prior to placing your order.
  • Mitutoyo will not ship to any freight forwarder
  • International orders must meet a $500 minimum order
  • Any Mitutoyo order being shipped to a freight forwarder will be charged additional shipping costs
  • We do not ship UPS RED orders to freight forwarders unless prior arrangements are made
  • All custom orders require payment in advance
  • Pricing is subject to change at anytime
  • First time customers will not be set up on Net30 terms and must pay via card or wire transfer
  • Due to an increase in online fraud, if you are shipping to a personal residence, it may take up to 2-3 weeks to release your order
  • Due to an increase in online fraud, if you are using a personal email address and your email is not associated with a business, it may take 2-3 weeks to release your order.
  • Any order shipped to a personal residence will be charged an additional $5 to cover the signature costs associated with UPS or FEDEX
  • Any orders where the bill to and ship to address are different residential addresses, your order will be red-flagged and put on hold until we speak with you.
